MLA Claims is pleased to announce the continued growth of our company with the promotion of James Rode to partner.
James started his tenure at MLA in 2012 and immediately immersed himself in the 24/7 nature of the industry as an integral member of MLA's Superstorm Sandy recovery team. In 2015 he was named Director of Residential Claims. From 2017 to 2018, James ran MLA's operations in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. In addition to his other responsibilities, James is the co-client manager of a Fortune 500 account.
James regularly assists on large and complex claims. His efforts have contributed to over $100,000,000 in residential and commercial claim settlements.
In addition to Superstorm Sandy and Hurricane Maria, James has also worked on catastrophic claims in connection with Hurricane Matthew, Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Irma, Hurricane Michael and the Malibu wildfires.
