Job Summary
MLA Claims is currently seeking a licensed Public Adjuster with a specific focus on sales and marketing. We offer a safe and flexible work environment.
Successful candidates have a proven track record of professional services sales or high-level sales in Service Industries. Must be highly self-motivated in sales.
This can also be a great opportunity for the right individual looking to change career paths. We have seen many attorneys and insurance producers move into our field, as well as proven salespeople in different industries. If the candidate does not have a current license, obtaining the Public Adjuster license will be critical within the first few months.
Key Responsibilities
Create and sign new loss leads
Business development
Participate in marketing efforts
Client management
Prepare contents inventories as required
Claims handling as required
Qualifications
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work independently, manage schedules and meet deadlines
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and negotiating skills
Valid Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Public Adjuster’s license or able to obtain
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2 or more years of applicable experience
