Job Description
The Regional Manager will have ownership of business development and territory management in the state of New Jersey. This role is responsible for overseeing client relationships and driving initiatives for future business growth. There is regular travel within New Jersey. Compensation is production based and commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Territory Management
Lead business development efforts in the state of New Jersey
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to, insurance brokers, real estate professionals, and contractors
Attend industry trade shows and community events within the territory to build company exposure and network
Generate and secure new loss leads through outreach and networking
Manage the firm’s business operations in New Jersey
Private Client Management
Create and sign new loss leads
Provide support to clients throughout the claims process
Assist in preparing contents inventories and other required documentation
Ensure high level of client satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships
Strategic Growth & Expansion
Contribute to MLA Claims’ business development efforts in the US
Develop and implement strategies for future regional growth
Licensing
Obtain public adjuster licenses in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania
IDeal Candidate Qualifications
Experienced in relationship building
Knowledgeable in the insurance and/or claims industry
Is licensed as a Public Adjuster
Can drive results through proactive engagement and leadership
