This degree combined with his decades of claims and business experience has equipped him to lead MLA Claims as its Managing Member and to navigate policyholders through the complexities of business interruption claims in a diverse range of industries. He has built a reputation as a tenacious advocate for policyholders, combining almost unparalleled credentials with a relentless work ethic and a meticulous attention to detail.

Partner James Rode has worked alongside Mr. Landow for nearly 15 years and now serves as Director of Residential Claims. During his career, Mr. Rode has adjusted and/or participated in hundreds of millions of dollars in residential and commercial property losses throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. Mr. Rode is known for bringing a steady hand and technical precision to even the most complex property insurance claims.
