Brent Waterman is a Licensed Public Adjuster and Property Loss Consultant at MLA Claims, LLC. Bringing over 25 years of ground-up construction, restoration, property ownership and management experience, Brent joined the MLA Claims team in 2018. Respected for his acute attention to every detail and 24/7/365 availability, Brent assists policyholders with navigating an increasingly complicated and often stressful claim process. 

Brent specializes in a wide spectrum of property losses including large loss residential & multi-family, as well as, industrial, retail, commercial, medical office, and restaurant claims.

Brent has experience in catastrophe response and large-loss recovery across multiple states:

  • Representing home and business owners in Florida after Hurricanes Michael, Ian, Helene, and Milton

  • Representing home, condo & business owners, developers, and institutions in complex fire, wind, water damage, FEMA based flood, and stucco claims
