MLA Claims, LLC, is a fast-growing public adjusting firm that helps property owners get the insurance settlements they deserve. As we scale, we’re looking for a Technology & Growth Director – someone entrepreneurial who thrives on building systems from the ground up, driving digital growth, and using technology to unlock business potential.
This isn’t about “keeping the lights on”. It’s someone who can see opportunities, implement solutions, and make a big impact on how we operate and grow.
What you’ll do
Drive Digital Growth: Own SEO and digital marketing strategies to boost visibility and generate inbound leads.
Build & Optimize Systems: Manage and refine our CRM to support sales, client management, and reporting.
Automate & Streamline: Identify inefficiencies and implement automations, workflows, and tools that make the business run smoother.
Leverage Data: Create reporting and dashboards to give leadership real-time insights for decision-making.
Lead Tech Across the Business: Oversee technology needs, from vendor management to troubleshooting, ensuring our tools empower rather than slow us down.
Collaborate Closely: Partner with leadership and staff to align technology with business strategy.
Who You Are
A builder at heart — you enjoy creating systems that didn’t exist before.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats: SEO, CRM, automation, analytics, and IT support.
Skilled in SEO and digital growth strategies.
Experienced with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Resourceful, entrepreneurial, and ready to take ownership.
Bonus if you’ve worked in professional services, insurance, or a fast-scaling small business.
